摘要
企业学习型组织建设可以促进企业的发展,是企业转型发展的一个重要课题。微型学习方式灵活便捷,这种崭新的学习模式在企业学习型组织建设中的优势尽显。通过探究微型学习在企业学习型组织建设中的主要应用模式,阐明微型学习在企业学习型组织建设中的优势与作用,提出微型学习应用于企业学习型组织建设的建议,以使微型学习更好地服务于企业员工。
The construction of enterprise learning organization can promote the development of enterprise, it is an important subject of enterprise development in transition. Micro-learning has flexible and convenient ways of learning, as well as many advantages in the construction of enterprise learning organization. Through researching on the main application modes of micro-learning in the construction of enterprise learning organization, on the basis of stating the functions and advantages of micro-learning in the construction of enterprise learning organization, this paper puts forward suggestions of micro-learning applied to the construction of enterprise learning organization, in order to make it serve better to the employees' learuing.
