物联网产业技术技能人才培养对策

Development of Internet of Things in Zhejiang Province

在分析物联网产业发展现状以及浙江高校物联网专业人才培养问题的基础上,结合浙江物联网产业的发展特点,进行专业人才培养目标的准确定位,完善人才培养方案,并在人才培养过程中推动课程内容与物联网技能证书对接、教学方法与生源学习素质相适应、教学过程与物联网产品的生产过程对接,可切实培养出物联网产业发展所急需的技术技能人才,为浙江省乃至全国物联网产业的快速发展提供人才支撑。

On the basis of the analysis of present development situation in IOT industry and the talent cultivation problems,this paper set up the orientation of cultivating the professional talents,perfected the scheme of talent training. And it also came up with conclusions as below: the course contents will be docked the IOT skill certificate,the teaching method will adapt to the students' study quality,the teaching process will dock the production process so as to really develop needed technology professionals and provide personnel support for rapid development of IOT industry in Zhejiang and even in China.
