Practice and Exploration of Carrying out Enterprise Staff Training in Rural Adult Schools

农村成校开展企业职工培训必须坚持"六个结合":即坚持成校培训与主导行业培训相结合;坚持校内办班培训与企业教育培训相结合;坚持企业内部培训与企业联合培训相结合;坚持岗位技能培训与整体素质培训相结合;坚持职工全员培训与个别辅导培训相结合;坚持企业人才培训与职工教育考核相结合。只有这样,才能改善成校自身办学条件,有力促进工业经济持续发展。

Carrying out enterprise staff training in rural adult schools must persevere in ＂Six Combinations＂--the combination of training in adult schools and leading industries; the combination of school classes training and enterprise education training; the combination of the training given to every staff and the individual training; and the combination of enterprise personnel training and staff education evaluation. Only in this way, can we get ＂Six Achievements＂--constantly improving the quality of adult school operating conditions, effectively promoting the sustainable development of industrial economy; gradually forming the new industry of classical woodcarving furniture; elaborating a characteristic town making drama costumes; focusing on training excellent bamboo weaving craftsmen and cultivating a large number of folk artists.
