摘要
指出了苦菜是集食用和药用于一体的植物,具有较大的经济实用价值。从其生理功效,近年来相关研究进展及产品开发种类等方面进行了阐述,探讨了苦菜资源的开发利用,为苦菜的进一步研究提供理论参考。
Sow thistle is a plant that can be used both food and medicine .It has great economic and practical value .This article mainly expounds the physiological effects ,related research progress and type of product development of sow thistle in recent years ,w hich aims to explore the utilization of sow thistle .In the mean time ,the article provides a theoretical reference for further study of sow thistle .
