我国网络金融监管制度:现存问题、域外经验与完善方案

网络金融监管在蓬勃发展的网络金融中有着举足轻重的位置,但我国的网络金融监管存在着监管法律体系不完善、监管模式滞后等缺陷,这些问题阻碍了我国网络金融的积极发展。未来可以从我国的网络金融监管的现状和问题着手,借鉴发达国家的经验,协调监管和创新,实现跨境合作的立法监管,建立专业化监管模式,完善我国网络金融监管法律制度体系,从而更好地控制网络金融发展各个阶段出现的风险。
