小青龙汤治疗慢性心力衰竭30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure Treated by Xiaoqinglong Decoction

目的 :观察小青龙汤治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法 :将60例CHF患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组用小青龙汤治疗。观察两组治疗前后左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及中医证候疗效。结果 :治疗组LVESV、LVEDV降低,LVEF升高。与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);中医证候疗效及临床疗效均优于对照组。结论:小青龙汤治疗CHF患者疗效明显。

Objective ：To observe effects of chronic heart function（CHF） treated by Xiaoqinglong decoction. Method：60 cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated by conventional western medicine,and treatment group treated by Xiaoqinglong decoction. We observed left ventricular end-diastolic volume（LVEDV）,left ventricular end systolic volume（LVESV） ,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,efficacy of TCM syndromes of two groups before and after the treatment. Results：In treatment group LVESV,LVEDV lower,LVEF decreased. Compared with before treatment and after treatment in the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. TCM syndromes and clinical efficacy were better than those of the control group. Conclusion：Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating patients with chronic heart failure had significant effect.
