江苏省某市一起奶牛布鲁氏菌病暴发调查 被引量:1

An Investigation of Brucellosis Outbreak in a Dairy Farm in County A in Jiangsu Province

摘要 2013年5月,江苏省某市某奶牛场被确认存在布鲁氏菌病阳性病例,该场于2012年12月20日出现首个流产病例,随后连续发病,至2013年5月停止。定性风险分析表明,引进患病牛不隔离观察,直接混群导致疫病在场内迅速扩散,是此次疫情发生的主要原因,但通过该场向外扩散的风险较小。 A dairy farm was confi rmed to be brucellosis positive in May,2013. Since the fi rst case appeared in Dec. 20,2012,cows in that farm had been continuously infected until May,2013. Qualitative risk analysis suggested that introduction of infected cows might be the main reason for the outbreak,while the other factors were excluded. The disease spread rapidly in the farm due to the lacking of quarantine measures,but the risk of disease transmission was considered as low.
