摘要 在对服役桥梁选择维修方案时,需综合考虑安全与经济的问题。考虑构件在各种环境下的耐久性以及评估基准期内荷载随时间的变化,通过对服役桥梁的实际检测数据,修正时变抗力模型与预测荷载,得到在役桥梁构件的时变可靠度。通过分析采用不同的维修方案而导致桥梁可靠度的变化以及所产生的收益期望值,在满足桥梁结构性能的要求下,以桥梁维修加固收益期望值最大,对服役桥梁的维修加固决策进行探讨。该方法考虑了桥梁历史现状与未来收益期望值,通过桥梁维修方案决策,使得桥梁的性能与收益之间得到优化。该方法对桥梁的维修加固决策具有一定的指导意义。 The issue of safety and economy should be considered in the repairing and strengthening bridges in service. Considering the durability of components and the load changes over time, according to the updated inspection information to correct the time-varying resistance model and forecast load, in order to obtain the time-dependent reliability of bridges in service. By analyzing variation of bridge liabilities and benefit expectation through different maintenance programs, on the condition of satisfying the bridge performance, with the maximum expected benefit as the target to discuss repair and reinforcement strategies for the bridges in service. The method takes into account the present performance and future expected benefit, through determination policies of bridge maintenance program to optimize the performance of the bridge and the expected benefit. It has certain reference value for the repair and strengthening of existing bridges.
