摘要
在部分城市道路立交的设计和建设过程中,由于受用地限制、动迁和工程投资等因素影响,一些立交的匝道平面线形选用较小值或极限值进行设计、施工。投入运行后,发生了多起车辆或车载物坠桥等安全事故,存在安全隐患。通过对小半径立交匝道采取加强限速警示、增设防护措施、改善路表性能等措施,减小或消除了部分小半径立交匝道的安全隐患。
For some urban interchanges, during their design and construction due to the factors of ROW limits, relocation and project investment, some interchange ramp alignment was designed and constructed with smaller value or extreme value. After completion and put into operation, there have been many vehicles or vehicle-carried objects crashing to the ramp bridge and falling down. By means of increasing speed warning, additional protective measures, and improvement of the road performance for small radius interchange ramp, potential safety trouble is reduced or eliminated.
