试件成型温度对温拌路面磨耗层沥青混合料结构设计参数的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Specimen-shaping Temperature of Warm Mix Asphalt for Wearing Course on Design Parameters of Pavement Structure

摘要 通过对添加不同温拌剂的NovaChip○R Type C半开级配超薄磨耗层沥青混合料进行试验,对比分析了不同试件成型温度对温拌路面磨耗层沥青混合料结构设计参数的影响。试验结果分析显示:无论是添加Sasobit○R温拌剂还是EvothermTM温拌剂,NovaChip○R Type C型沥青混合料的抗压回弹模量均随着试件成型温度的降低呈现先增大后减少的趋势;给定同一类型温拌剂,NovaChip○R Type C型沥青混合料15℃劈裂抗拉强度随着试件成型温度的降低而呈现先增大后减小的趋势;对试件给定同一温度,添加Sasobit○R温拌剂时15℃劈裂抗拉强度值较大,但是与添加EvothermTM温拌剂时的值相差不大。 The gradation ultra-thin study has been done to the asphalt mixture NovaChip Type C which is half-open wearing course with different warm agents, and the effect of different shaping temperatureto the design parameters of asphalt mixture is compared and analyzed. Results indicate that no matter which warm agent between Sasobit and EvothermTM is added, the compressive resilient modulus of NovaChip Type C asphalt mixture firstly increases and then decreases with the shaping temperatures decreased; given the same type warm agents, the 15℃ splitting tensile strength of NovaChip Type C warm asphalt mixture first increases and then decreases with the shaping temperatures decreased; and given the same temperature, the 15℃ splitting tensile strength of NovaChip~ Type C is larger, but with minor difference with that when adding EvothermTM warm agents.
