摘要
分析了影响泥水平衡盾构穿越软弱地层掘进速度的因素,通过调整黏土段的掘进参数和泥浆性能,改善泥浆携渣能力,加快了黏土段掘进速度,给出了改善出渣和压力波动的主要技术措施。通过不断调整盾构机刀盘转速、掘进速度、推力及扭矩等运行参数,顺利通过砂砾层。加强泥浆比重和泥水循环的调整,避免了堵仓、堵泵或者泥水循环管路堵塞情况的发生,形成了泥水平衡盾构穿越软弱地层施工的关键成套技术,实现了软岩条件下泥水平衡盾构长距离快速掘进。
This paper analyses the factor which influences on the excavation of slurry balance shield through weak strata. Through adjusting the clay section boring parameters and mud properties, the ability of slurry with slag is improved and the excavation of clay section is accelerated. This paper also provides main technical measures to improve the slag out and pressure fluctuations. Through continuous adjustment of the revolving speed of shield machine cutter head, the speed of excavation, thrust of shield machine, torque of the shield machine and other operation parameters, the gravel layer is smoothly passed through. By means of strengthening slurry proportion and slurry circulation, the blocking positions, plugging pump or slurry circulation line congestion are avoided. The key technology is formed and slurry balance shield long distance quick excavation under the condition of soft rock is realized.
