摘要
依托广深沿江高速(深圳段)箱梁预制工程,通过方案比选,确定在普通钢模板表面加贴0.8mm的不锈钢板施工工艺,使普通钢模板与不锈钢模板的优势互补,极大地提高了混凝土构件的外观质量,重点介绍不锈钢模板加工工艺以及使用方法。
Relying on the prefabricated box beam engineering of the riverside expressway from Guangzhou to Shenzhen （Shenzhen section）, and through schemes comparisons, a construction technology of 0.8 mm thick stainless steel plate covering the surface of the ordinary steel formwork was used, so that merits of the ordinary steel formwork and the stainless type work together to significantly improve the appearance of concrete members. In this article processing technology and application methods of stainless steel formwork are introduced.
