宽幅变宽现浇箱梁新型移动模架的设计

Design of New Movable Framework in the Construction of Cast-in-place Box Girders with Broad and Various Width

宽幅变宽现浇箱梁新型移动模架是根据广深沿江高速公路(深圳段)机场互通主线桥处于弯道段、桥面超宽及变宽的特点,在研究国内各种移动模架优缺点的基础上开发设计的一种适合于集弯道、超宽及变宽特点的桥梁施工新型移动模架,可为今后类似的弯道、超宽箱梁、变宽桥梁上部现浇箱梁施工提供经济、实用、安全的施工技术。宽幅变宽现浇箱梁新型移动模架在中部设置了钢梁及模板系统,在两侧设置了悬挑的型钢结构,随着梁宽的逐跨变小,悬挑型钢及其上的脚手架、模板也可按箱梁结构尺寸要求逐步拆除。通过中梁及相应模板系统结构的改变,整体移动模架可适应箱梁截面宽度的变化。

The new movable framework in the construction of cast-in-place box girders with broad ＆ various width, which has been used in the construction of main bridge of the airport interchange in （;uangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway （Shenzhen Section）, has been developed and designed based on the research results about merits and demerits of many movable frameworks being used in China at present. This new movable framework can satisfy the bridge construction with characteristics of curve and extra ＆ various wide. At the same time, it can provide new technology, which is cost-effective, suitable and safe, for other analogous engineering. The new movable framework mentioned earlier is made up of a number of components, such as steel girders and formworks positioned in middle part, cantilevered structure steel frames positioned on both sides. In the course of construction, the cantilevered structure steel frames, as same as scaffolds and formworks, can be dismantled to fit different sizes of box girders. Meanwhile, the change of girders positioned in middle part and corresponding template system can satisfy various cross-sectional width.
