摘要
广深沿江高速公路（深圳段）第3合同段西乡互通主线桥20-69号墩之间共计400片预制组合箱梁需采用履带吊进行架设。如此大体量的预制箱梁架设不仅需要好的吊装方案和生产组织方式,还需要有完善的安全管理措施,就吊装过程中有关场地处理、吊车移动、安装就位以及施工过程中的安全措施进行了细致地归纳和总结,以期为类似施工环境下类似工程的桥梁施工提供借鉴和参考。
There are totally 400 small box girders, which must be hoisted by crawler crane, between Pier 20 to Pier 69 of the main bridge of Xixiang Interchange of the Contract No. 3 section of Guangzhou- Shenzhen Expressway （Shenzhen Section）. Good hoisting scheme, effective organization, and effective safety control measures have to be available for such a large quantity of box girders to be hoisted simultaneously. In the end the foundation treatment, crane movement, precise installation, and security measures of construction are generalized and summarized in detail. The conclusion of this paper can provide references for bridge construction of similar projects.
