疏肝和中汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Shugan Hezhong Decoction in Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Incoordination between Liver and Stomach Type

目的 :观察疏肝和中汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 :将150例肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为治疗组76例和对照组74例,治疗组服用疏肝和中汤,对照组服用泮托拉唑胶囊和莫思沙星片,两组均治疗4周后观察比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.10%,对照组总有效率为78.4%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和中汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the curative efficacy of Shugan Hezhong decoction on treating chronic superficial gastritis（CSG） with incoordination between liver and stomach type. Methods：Total 150 cases of CSG patients with incoordination between liver and stomach type were randomly divided into treatment group of 76 cases and control group of 74 cases. The treatment group took Shugan Hezhong decoction,the control group took pantoprazole capsule and Mosapride Citrate tablets. The curative efficacy of two groups were analyzed 4 weeks treatment after. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.10% ,that of control group was 78.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shugan Hezhong decoction has obvious effect on treating CSG with incoordination between liver and stomach type,and without obvious side effect.
