摘要
针对国内煤层气勘探开发的作业特点,设计研制了模块小、质量轻、拆卸及安装快捷的MZJ20DB集装箱式煤层气钻机。该钻机模块采用集装箱式结构,主要由集装箱式多节套装井架、底座、主机橇、电控房、发电机房和固控罐等组成;满足山地复杂路况的运输要求,各模块尺寸控制在长10 m、宽3 m以内,质量控制在20 t以内;整体布局合理紧凑,井场面积40 m×20m;采用集成化设计,共15个模块,仅为常规2 000 m钻机运输模块的;符合煤层气开发的低成本要求。主机设计有液压整体平移装置,满足煤层气钻机打丛式井的要求。
Considering the characteristics of coalbed methane （CBM） exploration and development in China, the MZJ20DB containerized CBM drilling rig was developed. It is designed with small modules and light weight, and can be easily disassembled and installed. The rig module, with container structure, mainly consists of multi- section suit container derrick, substructure, host sled, electrical control room, generator room, solid control tanks and other components. It can be transported on complex mountain roads. Each module has a dimension of 〉 10 m L× 3 m W, with mass less than 20 t. Its overall layout is reasonable and compact, and has a foot print of 40 m × 20 m on site. The module features an integrated design with 15 modules, which is only one-thirds of conven- tional 2 000 m drilling rig transport module, so it meets the requirements of low-cost CBM development. Host part is equipped with hydraulic overall translation devices, which meet the coalbed methane drilling requirements for cluster wells.
