海洋钻井隔水管处理系统技术现状与关键技术 被引量:3

摘要 加大隔水管处理系统技术研究力度,快速实现该系统的国产化对推动我国海洋石油装备的全面发展意义深远。在介绍国内、外隔水管处理系统发展现状的基础上,对隔水管处理系统进行了技术分析,主要包括卧式隔水管处理系统和立式隔水管处理系统,并将两者进行了对比,其主要不同为存储方式对平台结构的影响、工作效率与安全性、隔水管移运吊机和存储指梁。我国要开发具有自主知识产权的隔水管处理系统,需攻克的关键技术有隔水管移运载荷分析、控制系统设计及系统安全性设计。建议我国从立式隔水管处理系统入手,研究试制其重要单元设备,逐渐形成系统开发,并最终达到成套开发的目的。 It has a great significance for the integrated development of China' s offshore drilling equipment to enhance the research on riser handling system and domestication. The development status of domestic and foreign riser handling system is introduced and technical analyses on riser handling system are conducted, including the horizontal and vertical riser handling system. The two types of systems were compared. The main differences are presented in the effects of the storage methods on the platform structure, efficiency and safety, riser transport crane and riser fingerboard. To develop riser handling system with independent intellectual property rights, the key tech- nologies required to overcome are the load analysis on riser transporting, control system design and system safety design. It is recommended to begin to study the vertical riser handling system and try to manufacture the key unit e- quipment. System development should be then gradually formed and ultimately the whole set system should be developed.
