摘要 针对目前注水井油管除垢作业存在处理成本高及程序繁琐等问题,研制了一种新型注水井除垢器。该除垢器采用涡轮驱动,在动力液作用下,涡轮转子旋转并通过主轴带动磨铣装置转动,对油管结垢进行逐层切削,除垢作业完成后,在反冲液的作用下使其内部单向阀关闭,并反向上行至井口,无需打捞工具打捞。该除垢器可自行在井下对油管结垢进行清除,无需人力,解决了现有除垢方法效率低的问题,大大降低了作业成本,提高了油田的综合效益,并且该除垢器结构简单,使用方便,除垢效果好,具有广阔的推广应用前景。根据现场应用结果分析,该除垢器对注水效率较低的井进行作业,效果更为显著。 The current water injection well tubing descaling operation is costly and complicated. Accordingly, a new descaling device for water injection well is developed. The descaling device is turbine driven. Powered by the power fluid, the turbine rotor is rotated and drive milling device through the main shaft to drill the scale on the tub- ing. After the descaling operation is completed, the check valve in the device closes with the force of backsurge liq- uid and the device is forced up to the wellhead without fishing operation. The descaling device can automatically de- scale the tubing without manpower, providing a solution for the current low efficient and high cost descaling opera- tion, which significantly reduce operating costs and improve the comprehensive benefits of oil field. This new desca- ling device is simple, easy to use and well performed, so it has a broad prospect for promotion. According to the results of field application analysis, the descaling device has a more significant effect on the water injection well with lower injection efficiency.
