摘要
公共科研机构以突出公共性原则为特征服务大众、服务社会。但近年来,我国公共科研机构异化现象日渐明显。通过对广东省内114名科研机构科研人员进行问卷调查、电话访谈,获得部分科研机构的科研项目、资金来源、科研成果等方面的资料,分析出三大异化现象,表现为公共科研机构经营性收入扩大、企业委托项目增多、科研成果"内循化"现象加大等。
Public scientific research institutions have been serving the public with their publicity. In recent years, domestic public scientific research institutions trend to be alienated, which shows in the following aspects： the entrustment projects by enterprises are increased ; the business income is increased, the higher - level R＆D projects are decreased and the inner - circulation of scientific research results is increased etc. With the questionnaire to 114 research personnels working in Guangdong different scientific research institutions, the paper has a careful study on the above -mentioned alienation.
