中国顶级科研人员的心理资本与创新绩效的关系研究——基于钱学森的个案分析 被引量:3

The Relationship between Psychological Capital Appreciation and Innovation Performance of Excellent Scientific Research Personnel of China—Based on the Study of Qian Xuesen

摘要 以钱学森为研究对象,运用案例研究和内容分析法,发现钱学森的心理资本从自信、乐观、希望、韧性、幸福感、智慧和爱国情怀7个方面得以体现,并发现这7个维度均与创新绩效有显著的正向作用,同时国家重视这一变量在心理资本与创新绩效之间发挥着重要的调节作用。最后建议组织为了能够培养出更多顶级科研创新人才,需要在创新型人才建设的过程中重视个体的心理资本。 The article makes Qian Xuesen as the target of study and uses the method of case study and content analysis. We found his psychological capital contains the following seven dimensions: efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience, well - be- ing, wisdom and patriotism, and seven dimensions of psychological capital impose significantly positive effects on the innovation performance. Besides, national attention has a significant regulating effect. Finally, individual's psychological capital is recommended to be considered for organizational innovation talents construction.
