摘要
大湖流域的开发和保护是当今世界面临的重大课题,积极探索经济与生态协调发展的新模式,为我国大江大湖区域综合开发提供良好示范,是建设好鄱阳湖生态经济区的重大任务。节能减排工作是大湖流域环境治理的研究重点,是鄱阳湖生态经济区经济与生态协调发展的具体体现。文章采用因子分析法对鄱阳湖生态经济区节能减排系统指标进行因子分析,得出影响鄱阳湖生态经济区节能减排系统的3个公共因子:资源利用率、绿色能源、政策措施,并由此提出鄱阳湖生态经济区提高资源利用率、开发可持续发展能源、制定合理政策措施的三大节能减排对策建议。
The development and protection of the Great Lakes basin is a major issue facing the world today. Actively exploring a new model for the coordinated development of economy and ecology so as to provide a good model for the regional comprehensive development of China's rivers and lakes, is a major task of the construction of the Poyang Lake eco - eco- nomic area. Energy saving and emission reduction is the embodiment of coordinated development of economy and ecology in the region. In this paper, through the factors analysis of those quantitative indexes, three factors affecting energy saving and emission reduction system are obtained: resource utilization, sustainable development of energy and policy measure. And then, the paper proposes three countermeasures for energy saving and emission reduction to improve the resource utilization, develop sustainable energy and formulate reasonable policies.
