可视喉镜在气管插管全身麻醉中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察可视喉镜和直接喉镜在气管插管全身麻醉中对患者循环系统的影响。方法:40例择期行全身麻醉手术的患者,随机分为可视喉镜组(A组),直接喉镜组(B组),记录诱导前,插管时,插管完成时的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR),同时记录插管时间。结果:插管时两组患者MAP,HR均明显降低(P<0.05)插管完成时B组患者的MAP,HR明显高于A组(P<0.05),A组插管时间明显短于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在气管插管全身麻醉时使用可视喉镜较使用直接喉镜对患者循环系统影响小。
