摘要
金属填料由于其优良的性能,被广泛应用于蒸发冷却和气体吸收等领域。金属填料表面润湿性不是很理想,这主要是由于金属有着较高表面能,因此液体的表面张力大。那么通过怎样的方法来提高填料表面的润湿效果,从而提高填料过滤器的过滤效率,成为了摆在眼前的问题。文中主要研究利用表面活性剂中的润湿剂来改善金属填料表面的布膜效果,并通过实验方法实际了验证润湿剂对金属填料过滤效率提高效果,探讨其作为中央空调系统过滤器的应用。
Metal filler due to its excellent properties, is widely used in evaporative cooling and gas absorption etc.. The metal wetting surface is not very ideal, this is mainly because of the metal with a high surface energy, so the liquid surface tension is large. So how to improve the wetting effect of the filler surface, so as to improve the filtering efficiency fill filter, is put in front of the problem. This paper focuses on the application of wetting agent and surface active agent to improve the effect of metal filler cloth membrane surface, and through the experiment of actual verified wetting agent on the metal filler filtration efficiency effect, discuss the application of the central air conditioning system filter.
