造纸机润滑油状态在线监测技术的实现

Implementation of Technique of On-Line Monitoring Lubricating Oil for Paper Machine

针对当下国内大多数纸厂沿用的预防性换油措施所带来的巨大经济损失,笔者论述了润滑油状态在线监测技术对于降低纸机运行成本的必要性。文中阐述了几种国内外较为成熟的润滑油状态在线监测技术,并论证了相关技术应用于造纸行业的可行性,为油液在线监测技术在造纸行业中的研究、应用和推广提供一定帮助。

According to the phenomenon that preventative oil changing measures adopted by most of the domestic papermaking mill have brought huge economic losses. This paper points out the significance about the lubricating oil condition on-line monitoring technique to reduce the cost of paper machine operation, analyses several relatively mature lubricating oil condition on-line monitoring technique at home and abroad, and demonstrates the feasibility of this technique applied in papermaking industry. Moreover, that will offer some help for the oil on-line monitoring technique research and application and spread in papermaking industry.
