抗震救灾医学救援先遣分队建设探讨

Construction of Medical Rescue Advance Team in Earthquake Relief

军队医院参加抗震救灾任务是执行多样化军事行动的一项重要内容。本文在总结以往参加抗震救灾经验的基础上,提出构建抗震救灾医学救援先遣分队的设想,目的就是在地震发生后的第一时间里,抽组部分人员组成先遣队先期抵达灾区,主要承担灾区灾情伤情调查、重要伤员救治、搭建伤员后送通道以及协调后方支援力量开展救援等工作,对抢救灾区民众生命、稳定灾区民众情绪起到重要的作用。

For military hospitals,it is an important task to provide support in earthquake relief , which is one type of multiple military operations .In this article, the author put forward the suggestions to establish some mo-bile medical team based on the previous experiences , the aim of it is to organize the teams to arrive at earthquake disaster areas at the first time .The main work of these teams included that to investigate the disasters and casual-ties,to treat patients and to carry out the rescue work .These teams will play an important role in saving lives and stabilizing emotions .
