Convalesce and Rehabilitation Demands of Soldiers in Plateau

目的：从高原医疗保障人员角度分析官兵疗养康复的需求状况。方法2013年6月对担负高原边防官兵医疗保障任务的医院（含医疗所）、边防团卫生队、汽车团卫生队87名医务人员进行问卷调查、座谈和访谈。结果高原官兵的疗养康复需求量大，90％的被调查者认为执行高原保障任务的官兵1～2年应该参加一次疗养；50．6％认为康复疗养期以1个月为宜；45．3％的人员认为海拔3000米以上官兵下山就应该安排疗养；疗养期间希望进行心理调节、康复治疗、脱习服等。结论要重视高原官兵的健康状况，积极发挥疗养康复的作用，为保障平战时高原部队的训练、消除疲劳、提高战斗力服务。

Objective To survey the convalesce and rehabilitation demands of soldiers in plateau from the angle of medical support personnel .Methods In June 2013, 87 medical staff from the hospital （ including health clinic）, medical unit of frontier defense force regiment , and medical unit of vehicle regiment , who provided the daily medical service for the shoulders in plateau , were investigated with questionnaires and the discussion .Results These personnel thought that the demands were great , 90%of whom believed that the soldiers performing the plateau security task should receive the rehabilitation service every 1~2 years, 50.6%considered that the advisable rehabili-tation convalesce period was one month , 45.3%thought that the convalesce should be arranged immediately when the soldiers working at an altitude of 3 000m and above went down from the plateau .The desired convalesce and rehabili-tation services were psychological adjustment , rehabilitation treatment , acclimatization and so on .Conclusion We should pay more attention on the health status of soldiers , and take more active measures to provide the soldiers in plateau suitable rehabilitation service , thus to help the force in plateau to eliminate the fatigue , and improve the bat-tle capability .
