摘要
目的探讨护理人员个人目标综合管理在提高科室临床护理管理质量中的作用。方法围绕科室管理的总目标,实施个人目标准备、个人目标制定、实施与考核。结果有效地促进护理团队整体效能及个人素质全面提升。结论将个人综合目标管理与科室目标管理相结合,能有效地提高护理管理质量,增强团队凝聚力,促进自我价值目标的实现。
Purpose The aims was to discuss the role of comprehensive management for nurses'personal goals in enhancing the clinical nursing management of the department .Methods Concerned with the goals of the department management , the steps as the preparation , setting , implementation and evaluation of personal goals were proceeded .Results The overall nursing effectiveness and personal competences of the nurses were promo -ted.Conclusion Combing the comprehensive management of personal goals with the department management by objective , can improve the quality of nursing management efficiently , enhance team cohesiveness , and help the nurses to realize self value .
