我国涉农保险机构经营状况的评价研究——基于超效率DEAPCA的双重评价模型

The Evaluation Study on the Operating Performance of China's Involved Agricultural Insurance Organization Based on Super Efficiency DEA PCA Model

笔者利用2012年我国经营农业险的保险机构的数据,基于超效率数据包络模型和主成分分析模型,研究了我国涉农保险机构的经营状况。笔者改变了传统的一维评价模式,通过二维象限图,构建了经营状况的综合评价体系。研究表明:专业农业保险机构处于高效率低水平的阶段,非专业农业保险机构经营情况各有差异。其中,依托集团优势的保险机构,通常具有较高的经营水平;而刚刚经历改制重组、增资扩股等情况的保险机构,一般经营水平较低。同时,处于规模扩张阶段的保险机构,经营效率均有待提升。

The paper using agricultural insurance organization data of china in 2012 assess the Agricultural in- surance organization operating performance, based on the model of super efficiency data envelopment analysis and principal component analysis. The paper changes the traditional one-dimensional evaluation model, and constructs the comprehensive evaluation of the operational efficiency of the system By means of two-dimensional quadrant. The study shows that professional agricultural insurance institutions are in the stage of high efficiency and low level, and the performance of non-specialist agricultural insurance institutions is different in different. The insurance institutions which relying on the advantages of the group usually has a fairly high Management level, however , the management level of the insurance agency that just experienced the reorganization and restructuring, share and cap- ital increasing usually has a relatively low Management level. At the same time, the operating efficiency of expan- sion-stage insurance institutions needs to be enhanced.
