摘要
民办高校对我国高等教育的发展有着至关重要的作用。近些年,由于社会、经济、环境和自身发展等因素的影响,民办高校的人才流失较为严重。吉林省民办的G学院经过多年发展,已初具规模,但由于与公办学校在科研环境、基础设施及福利待遇等方面的差距,其高职称及高学历的专、兼职教师流失严重。民办高校应加快建立科学的招聘机制,优化人才储备,注重人才培养,并营造浓厚的校园文化,创造人才成长的良好环境,从而有效健全其人才竞争机制,促进民办高校的可持续发展。
Higher education institutions established privately play an important role in the development of China's higher education. In recent years, the talent drain at these institutions is worsening affecting by factors of the society, economy, environment and self-develop-ment. G College, a private higher education institution in Jilin province, has begun to take shape after years of growth;however, the drain of both full-time and part-time teachers with higher professional titles and high academic qualifications is serious caused by poor research environment, weak infrastructure and low social benefits comparing with publicly maintained colleges and universities. Private colleges should set up a scientific employment system, build a talent pool focusing on talent training, and create a favorable environment for talent growth by shaping attractive campus culture for building a sound talent competition system. By doing so, these private colleges could achieve sustainable development.
