内蒙古经济型酒店营销策略研究

摘要 目前,内蒙古经济型酒店营销存在的问题是:市场竞争激烈,产品缺乏创新;缺乏专业的营销人才;市场营销手段单一,网络技术水平较差;营销策略缺乏特色。针对这些问题,内蒙古经济型酒店应创新产品策略,注重对产品质量把关,发挥特殊民族风情优势,制定符合自身的产品策略,加大酒店营销人才的培养力度,提高全体员工服务意识,加强网络营销和有效沟通,树立品牌形象,增强客人对酒店的信赖感和真诚度,以提高内蒙古经济型酒店的市场竞争力。 Economy hotels in Inner Mongolia now face difficulties in marketing. The market competition is fierce, but their products lack innovation. Skilled marketing talents are in short supply in these hotels. Marketing tool of the hotels is single and network techniques are not well used in the hotels. The hotels have no marketing strategies with their own characteristic. To overcome these difficulties and in- crease the competitiveness, the economy hotels in Inner Mongolia should innovate product strategy, focusing on product quality control arid making use of the special national customs of Mongolian. They should invest more in training marketing talents and raise the service awareness of all staff. They should also enhance online marketing and effective communication with customers in an effort to publicize their brand images and strengthen customer's trust and sincerity. In so doing, the market competitiveness of economy hotels in Inner Mongolia could be improved.
