摘要
为解决不同类型传感器互不兼容的问题,在研究IEEE1451标准基础上,提出了统一传感器的TEDS接口;为实现温度传感器AD590的智能化,介绍了IEEE1451.2标准下的智能传感器接口模块STIM的实现方案;利用MATLAB软件生成传感器电子数据表格(TEDS),导入FPGA的ROM IP核,同时结合了软件虚拟TEDS和硬件TEDS的优势;利用FPGA作为中央处理单元控制主从总线适配器之间的数据传输。设计了热插拔保护电路,提高系统工作可靠性;最终在系统平台上,实现了传感器即插即用和自我管理信息的功能。
In order to solve different types of sensors incompatible issues,based on IEEE1451 standards proposed unified sensor TEDS Interface.A STIM designing scheme of IEEE1451.2standard is proposed taking the temperature sensor AD590.A TEDS and its data formats are gave an outline,which is formed by MATLAB and Loaded in FPGA ROM IP core,So that it is with the advantage of both the virtual TEDS and The hardware TEDS;Using FPGA as the central processing unit controls the transfer of data between the main bus adapter.an protective circuit is designed to avoid damage caused by over-current when implementing plug and play.finally,the tansduser's self-identification and self-mangement for information are achieved.
