全肠外营养对早产儿营养、免疫功能及行为发育的影响

Influence of total parenteral nutrition on nutrition condition,immune function and behavior development of the premature infants

目的探讨全肠外营养对早产儿营养、免疫功能及行为发育的影响。方法选取100例早产儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患儿给予常规对症治疗,观察组患儿在对照组疗法的基础上加用完全肠外营养支持治疗。对2组患儿的日平均体质量增长量,治疗前后的血清球蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平,血液IgG、IgA、IgM及C反应蛋白水平及行为发育情况进行比较。结果观察组患儿的日平均体质量增长和治疗后的血清白蛋白、球蛋白、前白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的血液IgG、IgM、IgA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而血液C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的各项行为发育评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿应用完全肠外营养支持治疗可显著改善患儿的营养状况,提高其免疫功能并促进其行为功能的发育。

Objective To explore the influence of total parenteral nutrition on nutrition condition,immune function and behavior development of the premature infants.Methods100 premature infants were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was treated with the combined total parenteral nutrition support treatment on the basis of the control group.The average daily weight increase,the serum globulin,albumin,prealbumin levels and blood IgG,IgA,IgM,C reactive protein levels before and after the treatment and the behavior development of the infants were compared between two groups.Results The average daily weight increase and the serum albumin,globulin,prealbumin levels after the treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The blood IgG,IgM,IgA levels of the infants in the observation group after the treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the blood C reactive protein level was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of behavior development items of the infants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of total parenteral nutrition support treatment in treating premature infants can significantly improve the nutritional condition,improve the immune function and promote the development of behavioral function.
