2型糖尿病伴微量白蛋白尿患者血清脂联素与肾功能的关系 被引量:4

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的慢性微血管并发症,是终末期肾衰竭的主要原因,是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。目前糖尿病肾病的发病机制尚不完全清楚,既往研究[1]认为与高血压、高血糖、血脂异常、炎症等因素的综合作用有关。脂联素是由脂肪细胞分泌的一种蛋白质,具有抗感染、抗动脉粥样硬化、改善胰岛素抵抗等作用[2-4],因而被认为是一种保护性的脂肪因子。
