应用临床护理路径对急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗的探讨

Exploration of clinical nursing pathway on the treatment of intravenous thrombolysis of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨临床护理路径在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓中的应用效果。方法将60例行静脉溶栓患者按照入院顺序分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用临床护理路径。结果临床护理路径组在静脉溶栓并发症发生率、临床疗效、患者满意度等方面均明显优于传统常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者在静脉溶栓治疗中采用临床护理路径实施护理,可以降低静脉溶栓并发症发生率、提高临床疗效和患者满意度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of the clinical nursing pathway on the treatment of intravenous thrombolysis after onset of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients treated with intravenous thrombolysis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group（30 patients in each）. The control group was treated with conventional nursing while the experimental group was conducted with clinical nursing pathway. Results Compared with the control group,the complications of intravenous thrombolysis,clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction in the experimental group were better,the result revealed that the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patients treated with intravenous thrombolysis receiving clinical nursing pathway will have lower rate of complication,better clinical curative effect and better patients＇ satisfaction. The clinical nursing pathway is a better way to manage patients and higher valuable for application.
