低铬合金铸钢丸欧文寿命及磨损失效机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用离心雾化法制备出一种新型低铬合金铸钢丸,通过欧文寿命试验机对低铬合金铸钢丸(S330)进行欧文寿命试验。利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析低铬合金铸钢丸磨损失效形式。结果表明:低铬合金铸钢丸在1 500次循环之前磨损形式以表层剥落为主,在1 500次循环之后磨损形式以心部脱落为主。表层剥落一般发生在整个失效过程中;低铬合金铸钢丸的心部脱落发生在表层剥落的基础上,低铬合金铸钢丸的缺陷越少,发生心部脱落的时间越晚;当低铬合金铸钢丸的裂纹或气孔比较大时,发生脆性断裂,另外在心部脱落的同时也发生脆性断裂。 A new type of low-chromium alloy cast steel shot was prepared by centrifugal atomization.By using Ervin life testing machine,the Ervin life of low-chromium alloy cast steel shot (S330) would be conducted.The low-chromium alloy cast steel shot wear failure forms were analyzed with metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope.The result shows that the wear form of low-chromium alloy cast steel shot is mainly surface spalling before 1500 cycles,and after 1500 cycles,the wear form is mainly the core loss.The surface spalling generally occurs during the whole failure period; the core loss of low-chromium alloy cast steel shot occurs at the basis of surface spalling.The less the defects of the low-chromium alloy cast steel shot,the latter the core loss occurs.When the crack of cast steel shot and porosity becomes larger,brittle fracture appears,accompanied by the core loss.
