摘要
简要介绍了某型舰用柴油机机体铸造工艺,分析了机体上、下缸孔及泵孔下沿产生夹渣的原因。通过降低原铁液硫含量和球化剂用量,提高浇注温度及将半封闭式浇注系统改为开放式浇注系统的措施,解决了大型球墨铸铁机体二次夹渣问题。
The casting process of a warship engine crankcase was briefly introduced.The cause of slag inclusion at the edge of lower cylinder bore and pump hole on crankcase was analyzed.The second slag inclusion of the heavy ductile iron crankcase casting was successfully removed by the following measures:decreasing S content of original iron melt and nodulizer addition,increasing the pouring temperature,replacing the enlarged runner system by the non-pressurized gating system.
