摘要
固体火箭发动机壳体是固体火箭发动机的重要组成部分,壳体的可靠性设计水平高低直接影响发动机的性能。好的壳体可靠性设计方案是在保证总体要求的几何尺寸精度的同时,要做到结构质量轻,又要安全可靠。利用一阶可靠性分析法结合有限元法对固体火箭发动机金属壳体封头结构进行可靠性分析,结果表明,在相同受力条件下,不同的结构尺寸下,封头的最大应力可能都不会达到失效界限,但是可靠性指标不一定满足要求。分析结果可用于指导结构单元设计。
Solid rocket motor case is an important part of solid rocket motor, its reliability design impacts on the motor performance directly. A good reliability design of the case is not only to ensure geometry accuracy , but also to ensure lightweight, as well as safe and reliable. In the article, FORM and Finite Element Method (FEM) are used for calculation of head structural reliability for the SRM metal case. Results show that the head has a different reliability under the same loads and different structure size, and the max stress on the head may not reach the fault condition, but the reliability index does not necessarily meet the requirements. The results can be used to guide the design of the structural unit.
