摘要
在垃圾车结构的研究中,垃圾箱的结构参数直接关系到其力学性能,进而影响垃圾箱的整体结构强度。运用微分极限法推算出一种新的垃圾载荷密度分布函数,采用正交试验法对不同参数下新设计的三段圆弧形垃圾箱进行建模仿真分析,重点研究垃圾箱结构参数对其力学性能的影响规律。仿真研究表明:垃圾箱的最大复合应力(SMX)与最大形变量(DMX)随着垃圾箱宽度B和垃圾箱高度H的增大而减小,优化参数下的垃圾箱最大复合应力(SMX)和最大形变量(DMX)较初始参数下的垃圾箱减少24%和50%,垃圾箱容量提高2.4%,对压缩类设备的设计与研究能够提供有效的参考。
The structural parameters of compressed rubbish vehicle trunk relate directly to its mechanical properties, thereby affecting the overall structural strength of the trunk. The methods of differential and limit were used to calculate a new rubbish load density distribution function, and the orthogonal experimental method was used to make a series of simulation analysis on the new three arcs trunk with different structural parameters. The effects of structure parameters on mechanical properties were mainly investigated. Simulation results indicate that the maximum complex stress(SMX) and the maximum deformation(DMX) of the trunk decreased with the increase of width B and height H, compared with the original parameters trunk, the SMX and the DMX of the optimizational parameters trunk were reduced by 24% and 50% , the capacity was increased by 2.4%. this results can provide some effective references for the designs and researches of the compression equipments.
