摘要
企业认识实习是食品科学与工程专业本科教育过程中一个重要的实践教学环节,是在系统学习食品学科知识之前提高学生的专业认知,为以后学习专业课程打下初步的基础。本文结合近年本校对认识实习的教改探索并结合实习效果问卷调查的分析,对认识实习中存在认识单位类型不够丰富、认识实习动手环节较少,认识实习缺乏理论对知识了解的问题提出了相应的对策。
Food Specialty Practical Teaching is one important process for undergraduate education of Food Science and Engendering. The teaching improves understanding of specialty and lays foundation for studying major courses before the students study systematically professional knowledge of food science. Base on study of teaching reform in our school and analysis of questionnaire survey for practical quality, we presented the corresponding ways to deal with the problems, including not enough practice unit, rare manipulative exercise and lack understanding of speculative knowledge.
