基底节区高血压脑出血应用螺旋CT检查的特异性征象及临床价值

目的探讨基底节区高血压脑出血应用螺旋CT检查的特异性征象及临床价值。方法筛选2007年5月~2013年3月本院收治的基底节区高血压脑出血进展型急性期患者50例,作为研究对象。给予所有患者螺旋CT扫描检查并依据影像结果进行诊断及CT分级。结果基底节区高血压脑出血急性发作期患者CT影像下可见明显新鲜血肿,且血肿边界清楚分明、周围可见低密度环形影像;而依据CT计算出血量进行CT分级表示不同分级与患者的临床结局具有显著相关性（P〈0.05）。结论应用螺旋CT检查基底节区高血压脑出血依据其特异性表现可进行准确诊断,同时根据模拟计算出血量可进行CT分级,对治疗方案的选择具有重要的指导价值。

Spiral CT scan and give all patients according to the results of imaging diagnosis and CT grading. Results Basal ganglia region hypertension cerebral hemor- rhage patients with acute phase CT images can be obviously fresh hematoma, under and around the hematoma boundary clear and clear, low density ring visible image ;And on the basis of computed tomography （CT） calculated the bleeding CT grading according to different classification and clinical outcome in patients with significant correlation （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ~ Conclusions The application of spiral CT examination basal ganglia region hypertension cerebral hemorrhage on the basis of its specific performance can make accurate diagnosis, at the same time, according to the simulation calculation the bleeding can be CT grading, the choice of treatment is of important guidance value.
