摘要 目的探讨甲醛对小鼠脑组织抗氧化酶及微量元素的影响。方法模拟人群接触室内甲醛方式,采用静式方法对小鼠吸入染毒;染毒30天后,处死小鼠,取出脑组织进行抗氧化酶及微量元素的测定。采用SPSS11.5统计软件对数据进行统计处理。结果 SOD、GSH-Px的活性随染毒剂量升高而降低,MDA含量随染毒剂量升高而增高;Fe和Zn的含量随染毒剂量升高而降低,Cu含量随染毒剂量升高而增大。但与对照组比较都无统计学意义。结论低浓度吸入甲醛对小鼠脑组织有氧化损伤的趋势,微量元素铁、锌、铜的含量也有一定变化。 Objective To investigate the effects of formaldehyde on mouse brain tissue antioxidant enzymes and trace elements. Methods Simulation of indoor formaldehyde exposure mode, the static method on mice by inhalation ; after 30 days, the mice were killed, determination of removal of the brain antioxidant enzymes and trace element for the. The data were statistically processed by statistical software SPSS11.5. Results The SOD, GSH - Px activity decreased with the increase of MDA content in dyeing agent, increased with increasing dose increased; the contents of Fe and Zn decreased with the increase of dose, the content of Cu increases with the increase of exposure dose. But compared with the control group had no statistical significance. Conclusions Low concentration of formaldehyde inhalation with oxidative damage in the trend of mouse brain tissue, the content of trace elements Fe, Zn, Cu has some changes.
