老年患者围手术期护理对策在心胸外科中的应用

The Application of Elderly Patients Perioperative Nursing Countermeasures in Cardiothoracic Surgery

目的探讨优质护理在心胸外科中老年患者围手术期的应用效果。方法以收治的146例心胸外科手术老年患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期优质护理。观察两组患者焦虑抑郁评分,比较术后并发症。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分(43.43±3.63、24.58±2.0)、术后并发症发生率(5.18%)均明显低于对照组(57.18±4.51、49.51±3.13、33.14%)。结论优质护理有助于缓解患者负面情绪,降低术后并发症,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study applicaton effect of high quality care in perioperative of elderly patients with cardio- thoracic surgery. Methods 146 cases elderly patients with cardiothoraeic surgery were divided into control group and ob- servation group, control group given conventional care, observation group given perioperative high quality nursing. Anxi- ety, depression score, postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Observation group anxi- ety and depression score （43.43± 3.63, 24.58 ± 2. 0） , postoperative complications （5.18%） were significantly lower than control group（57. 18 ± 4. 51, 49. 51±3.13, 33.14% ）. Conclusions High quality nursing care help to reduce negative emotions and postoperative complications, improve treatment effect.
