摘要
履带式联合收获机的底盘变速箱转向齿轮副经常需要承受较大的冲击载荷,为提高其工作可靠性,有必要对其进行强度分析。为此,以沃得巨龙280型履带式联合收获机底盘变速箱为研究对象,通过实测行走半轴载荷谱确定转向齿轮副最大转矩,建立了联合收获机底盘变速箱转向齿轮副三维模型。同时,根据底盘变速箱转向齿轮副各个部位的应力、应变特点确定混合网格划分方案,采用SolidWorks中的Simulation模块进行有限元计算,获得了转向齿轮副的应力云图和位移云图以及应力与外载荷的映射关系,从而为变速箱的疲劳分析奠定了基础。
Steering gears in chassis geaarbox of combine harvester often suffer from great impact loads , so it is necessary to analyze the intensity of steering gears to ensure the working reliability .In this paper , the Julong 280 tracked combine harvester is chosen as a prototype and the maximum torque of steering gear pair is calculated by the load spectrum of half axle .A precise steering gear pair model is built by SolidWorks .Based on the different stress-strain characteristic of the various parts of steering gears pair , multi-criterion mesh generation method is given before conducting the grid generation in order to reduce the difficulty in meshing process .The Von Mises stress nephogram and displacement nephogram were obtained through finite element analysis in Simulation module , and the Mises stress nephogram is of great significance for the follow-up steering gear pair fatigue analysis .
