摘要 利用UG对高速旋转式水稻插秧机分插机构的各部件进行建模并完成整体装配,通过ADAMS进行运动学仿真。针对特定参数下轴心在焦点的椭圆齿轮分插机构秧针尖点的运动轨迹不符合农艺要求的问题,通过调整椭圆齿轮的轴心位置对分插机构进行改进。结果表明,改变椭圆齿轮的轴心位置可以达到较好的作业要求,为分插机构的改进与优化设计提供了依据。 By using UG , the planting mechanism of high performance rice transplanter is modeled and the whole assem -bly is finished , while kinematics simulation is implemented through ADAMS software .According to the trail of needle in specific parameters does not meet the agronomic requirements , which is the transplanting mechanism of elliptic gear of ax-is in the focus , by using the methods of adjusting the axis position of elliptic gear , our transplanting mechanism is im-proved , and finally , the results show that adjusting the axis position of elliptic gear can also achieve better operational re -quirements , it provides basis for the transplanting and optimization of the transplanting mechanism .
