摘要
针对枸杞产业发展迅速但施肥植保作业机械化程度不高的情况,研制了一种自走式枸杞施肥植保一体机。该机采用履带底盘行走,龙门式连接架进行骑跨作业,液压系统控制施肥和喷药,从而实现枸杞的机械化施肥、植保作业。为此,介绍了其整体设计方案以及主要部件结构和性能参数的设计。
According to situation that the rapid development of Chinese wolfberry industry , but the mechanization level of fertilization and protection is not high , a self-propelled fertilization-protection integrated vehicle for wolfberry is studied and made in this paper .This vehicle travels by crawler chassis , straddling over plants by the gantry connector , and the fertilization-protection task is controlled by hydraulic system , so the fertilization and protection can be mechanized .The whole project , the structure and performance parameters of main components are introduced in this paper of the vehicle .
