摘要
捡拾机构是秸秆捡拾压捆机中的关键部件。为提高秸秆捡拾压捆机的收割捡拾效率,在分析国内外捡拾器的基础上,设计了“锤爪式”捡拾揉搓机构。该机构利用动力输出轴经捡拾锤爪实现了集切割-捡拾-揉搓于一体的捡拾作业,不仅能对割晒农作物秸秆进行捡拾,还能对站立的农作物秸秆进行切割、捡拾揉搓。试验结果表明,该结构提高了压捆机的捡拾工作效率,切割效率99.07%,搓丝长度10~50 mm。
Pickup mechanism is the key components of straw baler .In order to improve picking efficiency of the straw harvest baler , the ‘hammer claw’ pickup kneading mechanism is designed based on analyzing the domestic and foreign pickups .The mechanism uses a power output shaft through the pick-up claw hammer and achieves the pick-up job of cutting-picking-rubbing , which can cut and pick up the crop straws on the ground , but also for standing crop straw . Experiment results show that the structure increases the baler's work efficiency , cutting efficiency is 99 .07%, and knea-ding straw length ranged from 10 to 50mm.
