摘要
槟榔的去核切片是食用槟榔的主要加工工序,由于槟榔的果肉纤维与槟榔核结合精密,很难分离,使得此工序变得十分难操作。目前,国内对槟榔的去核切片加工主要还是依靠手工,不仅加工效率低、费时费力,而且造成果肉的切片十分不均匀,还会造成一定程度的原料浪费。为此,设计了转筒式的槟榔去核并对果肉进行均匀切片的加工机械,解决了食用槟榔的加工问题。同时,重点分析了其工作原理,进行了重要部件的设计。由此将有效地解决食用槟榔的加工难问题,提高我国槟榔产区的经济收入,促进我国槟榔产业的发展。
Pitted sliced betel nut consumption is a major processing steps , as betel nut pulp fibers and nuclear combined with sophisticated, difficult to separate, so that this process becomes very difficult to operate.Currently sliced pitted against betel mainly rely on manual processing , which not only low processing efficiency , time-consuming , but also re-sult in a very uneven slice flesh , it will result in a certain degree of raw material waste .Designed for this purpose with a tumble of betel uniformly pitted and sliced fruit pulp processing machinery , edible betel nut processing to solve the prob-lem .The design is focus on the analysis of its working principle and key components .The successful use of this machine will effectively solve the difficult processing problems edible betel nut , betel nut producing areas to improve China's eco-nomic income and promote the development of agriculture .
