摘要
以安徽省、江西省和上海市的典型生物质农作物秸秆(水稻秸秆、玉米秸秆、油菜秸秆和棉花秸秆)作为研究对象,通过测试生物质的化学组成特性,比较分析不同种类秸秆性质的异同,推断不同秸秆适宜的能源化利用途径。结果表明:玉米秸秆热化学转换时更易转化为CO、CO2,棉花秸秆热化学转换时更易转化为CH4;棉花秸秆不适合热裂解液化生成生物油,其次为玉米秸秆;水稻秸秆更适合生产乙醇;油菜秸秆不适于直燃发电。本研究可以为3个地区不同类型生物质能源利用时的原料选择及热化学转化设备的改进提供参考。
The rice straw, corn stalks, rape straw and cotton stalks from Anhui , Jiangxi and Shanghai were used as test samples .In order to deduce a proper energy utilization method of them , their chemical characteristics were analyzed and compared .The results show that rice straw is more suitable for producing ethanol .Corn stalks are more likely to be con-verted into CO , CO2 in thermo-chemical conversion , while cotton stalks are easily converted into CH 4 .Cotton stalks and corn stalks are not suitable for pyrolysis to produce bio-oil .Rape straw is not suitable for direct combustion for power generation .The research provides a reference for raw material selection for biomass energy production and utilization .
