摘要
本文综述了生物信息学软件、光交联技术、异源表达以及底盘细胞在聚酮组合生物合成中的应用。并尝试将其整合为一粗略的开发思路,即"计算机虚拟设计→高通量技术筛选→(底盘细胞作宿主)异源表达"。希望通过引入新技术,能进一步提高聚酮组合生物合成的开发效率。
Several new technologies-including bioinformatic soflwares, photocrosslinking, heterologous expression and cellular chassis, and their applications in polyketide recombinatorial biosynthesis, were introduced in this paper. We also tried to integrate these technologies into a new route for improving efficiency of the development of polyketide recombinatorial biosynthesis, that is "fictitious design in computer →verifying by high-throughput technologies→heterologous expression( by cellular chassis )".
