中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法 98例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各49例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药方剂治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.0%,显著高于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05);治疗后两组的Sa O2、Pa O2均显著提高且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Pa CO2均显著降低(P<0.05),组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of chinese traditional and western medicine in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure. Method 98 cases of COPD with respiratory failure were divided into observation group （49） and control group （49） randomly. Control group were treated with western medicine, observation group with western and traditional Chinese medicine. Result The total effective rate, SaO2, PaO2 in observation group were significantly higher （P〈0.05） than in control group, PaCO2 has no significantly difference. Conclusion There is a significant effect on COPD with respiratory failure with combination treatment of chinese traditional and western medicine and has no obvious adverse reactions.
